All owners have an option to select and purchase a boat slip. There are 10 boat slips allocated per building. The selection process will be based in the order in which the units were contracted. In the event that more than 10 buyers are interested in purchasing a slip during the purchase of a condominium unit, a lottery will be held. Prices for the boat slips will be determined after completion of its construction. Reserving a boat slip does not obligate buyer to purchase one; however, a 48 hour response is required from buyer upon written notification of prices. Developer reserves the right to relocate and/or modify slips based on SJWM recommendations.
